Improve your French and learn tips of culinary art during the cooking lessons with a chef.

Discover new tastes and new recipes based on local and typical products, while practicing French in a relaxed atmosphere, easing spontaneous conversation.


Course key features

  • 20 general French lessons per week
  • 4 to 6 hours of cooking per week in Nice and Biarritz. 4 cooking workshops in Bordeaux.

  • Starting dates: every Monday except for beginners who have specific starting dates


French lessons - 20 lessons per week 

Development of all 4 main language skills (speaking, reading, writing and listening) and focus on oral communication

  • Qualified, experienced, native teachers

  • International classes of 8 to 12 students maximum

  • Students are placed in classes according to the results of an initial level evaluation

In Bordeaux, 2 packages per level: 20 general French lessons of 45 minutes each (15 hours) from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12.45 pm with a minimum of 8 people.

Cooking lessons 

  • 6 hours in Nice and Biarritz

In Nice and Biarritz, you will take home the recipes of the dishes you have cooked in order to prepare them again easily.

Whatever your cooking skills are, classes will be easy enough.

  • 4 cooking workshops in Bordeaux

  • A2 level minimum*
    Do you want to learn how to make the famous French croissant or how to bake colourful pastries? Are you passionate about traditional French meals and want to impress your friends for an evening buffet « à la française » ?

    Join our cooking workshop and discover some of the specialities and know-how of the French cuisine!

  • Package: Beginner*
    Are you just starting to learn French and not feeling comfortable using the language of Molière yet? Are you interested in the French culture and gastronomy?

    This program is designed for students with no previous knowledge of French. The classes are given by a professional chef in both English and French to facilitate the understanding of the participants.
    1 date available over the year provided in English. Adapted to beginners in French during a week for beginners

    • 2 traditional meals: starter, main course, desert
    • 1 buffet dinner
    • 1 tapas workshop

    The last day of the week is focused on the preparation of tapas, originally a typical Spanish dish but more and more popular in the modern French cuisine.

    A fun way to end this cooking workshop!
